We run a range of classes designed to build strength, improve fitness, and keep training interesting.

Functional Training
Coach-led group training focused on strength, conditioning, and functional movement. Classes combine barbell work, dumbbells, cardio, and bodyweight movements to improve fitness, build muscle, burn fat, and move better in everyday life. All workouts are scalable for all levels.
HYROX Training
Performance-based training designed to prepare athletes for HYROX-style competitions. Focuses on endurance, strength under fatigue, running, sleds, carries, and race-specific movements. Ideal for members training for HYROX or looking to push their conditioning to the next level.
Personal Training
One-on-one coaching tailored to individual goals such as fat loss, muscle building, strength, injury prevention, or performance. Personalized programming, technique coaching, and accountability to help clients get faster, long-lasting results.
FLEX Training
Traditional strength training focused on hypertrophy and muscle development. FLEX Training follows structured bodybuilding-style splits Monday through Friday, targeting specific muscle groups such as chest and triceps, back and biceps, legs, shoulders, and core. Ideal for building muscle, improving strength, and enhancing physique.
Open Gym / Independent Training
Designated times for members to train independently using gym equipment. Perfect for following personal programs, extra conditioning, or skill work outside of scheduled classes.
Semi-Private Training
Small-group training with individualized programming in a supportive setting. Combines the personalization of personal training with the energy of group workouts. Ideal for members who want more coaching attention while training alongside others.
